Matt O'DonnellExecutive Producer
Matt began his career providing therapy services within the private and public health sectors over a twenty-year period. Building upon this experience, Matt moved into the development of health promotion campaigns, health education design and implementation, and later, project management. Matt is a co-founder of String Theory Creative, from which String Theory Health was established to provide a specialised health communications service. Matt has experience as a campaign strategist, executive producer and creative director. Key clients have included headspace, The Shed Online, beyondblue, Turning Point, Australian General Practice Network, Baker Institute, and the Victorian government.
Steve PaixCompany Director / Creative Director
Steve’s background includes teaching at primary, secondary and tertiary levels, working as an artist-in-residence and as a musical director. He is a co-founder of String Theory Creative, where his work as Creative Director has involved designing campaigns for ABC Local Radio, ABC Classic FM and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. In his role at String Theory Health, Steve’s fifteen years of experience as an educator proves to be a valuable resource, particularly in youth-orientated campaigns. Steve has been the creative lead on projects for beyondblue’s The Shed Online and the Victorian Government’s Department Of Human Services and Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.
Elizabeth MolinaDigital Producer
Liz is a digital communications specialist who takes a leading role in software development, website management and production at String Theory Health. Her ability to understand the needs of clients and her insight into project management enables Liz to provide effective and innovative solutions to achieve clients’ goals. Liz has previous experience working in advertising, not-for-profit and commercial sectors. Her clients at String Theory Health include beyondblue and Orygen Youth Health and her work has included the development of partnerships with many of Australia’s peak health bodies, including The Heart Foundation, Asthma Foundation, Diabetes Australia and Alzheimers Australia.
Debra YungGraphic Designer
Bachelor of Design (Graphic Design, Honours), Diploma (Photography)

Debra has been working as a graphic designer and art director for 15 years. She has extensive experience in the design of visual identities (logos, brandmarks etc.) and as a designer and art director for all things digital and print. She has been working with STC for 5 years designing or print, online, video and web graphics.

Fiona DalzielSenior Producer
Fiona has over twenty years of media production experience and has worked as a producer, production manager and researcher for many ABC TV series including Choir of Hard Knocks, Artscape, Art Nation and Sunday Arts. She has worked as a Script Consultant for Alzheimer’s Australia and has a keen interest in digital life storytelling and how these stories can be applied in aged care settings. Her work with String Theory includes script writing and producing for Australian Psychological Society – KidsMatter, beyondblue – Have The Conversation video series and headspace – headspace stories video series.
